Why Did Carol Start Her Own Brokerage?

“I decided to start Realty Pros of Texas because I wanted to create the kind of brokerage where agents could genuinely feel like they were part of a family. I didn't want agents to feel like they were just another number in a large company.”
“I wanted to build a place where people know each other, support each other, share their knowledge, celebrate each other's successes, and step in to help when someone needs it. I want our agents to feel that Realty Pros of Texas is an extension of their own family—a place where they belong and where their success truly matters to us.”
Why Did Carol Become a Real Estate Broker?
“I originally got into real estate because I wanted to help my dad with his real estate holdings. I thought I was simply learning the business so I could help him, but somewhere along the way, I fell in love with real estate itself.”
